Andrew (Andy) Robinson born February 14, 1942 at New York City, New York, is an American actor best known for his role as a serial-killer Scorpio in Dirty Harry - a role which he played therefore convincingly, he incurred himself typecast as a "psycho", & can become little acting act. He recently rose to prominence once again, using his recurring role when Garak on the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine series, where he played the previous Cardassian spy (in heavily makeup). Robinson too starred inside Charley Varrick, a 1973 film with Walter Matthau and had numbers of roles in televisions series. He as well played a character Larry Cotton gauze in the 1987 film Hellraiser and musician Liberace in a 1988 biopic. He played a role of Frank Ryan on the soap opera ''Ryan's Hope'' from 1976 until 1978.
